You have to read my terms before start downloading anything from my site. By downloding any of the graphics that site contains, MEANS that you agree with them. So take a couple of minutes and read them.

1) None of the parts that my site contains can be reproduce or copy in any way.
2) Direct Linking is NOT allowed and if i'll catch you -believe me this is so damn easy for me- you would be sorry for that.. big time!
3) Please respect my site, also respect the visitors who stop by, BE polite when you use my tagboard or leave comment, no spam, no rude words...remember your ip is recorded and i can do lots of things with that if i want to... this is not a threat this is a warn. So, show some respect.
:: About My Dolls/ Pixels ::
1) You may NOT remove my copyright symbol, which i place next to my dolls/pixels (�Sin)
2)You may NOT claim any part of my work as your own, if so, you are frankedolling and this is illegal!
3) You may NOT link directly to any of my dolls/pixels and generaly to any of the images that my site contains, if you do so, you steal my bandwidth and this is illegal too. Right click, save them to your own hard drive and then upload them to YOUR OWN server!
4) You may adopt my dolls/pixels, as long as you provide a link back to http://www.upon-the-moon.com, with a text link or using one of my banners, which they can be found here, linking me on the same page, where my doll appears on your site.
5) You may NOT adopt the dolls when i state that they are not for adoption!
6) You may NOT use my pixels or dolls as avatars or signatures to forums!
7) You may NOT change-alter (recolor, flip, crop etc) my pixel stuff/dollz in any way!
:: About My Bases ::
1) You may use my bases to make layouts, buttons etc.. but you should give credit to me, at the SAME page, that the base doll is shown.
2) You can use my bases, as long as you provide a link back to my site, you can also use my bases to make dolls and enter in contests.
3) You may alter my bases to the way you want - otherwise stated - always give credit!
4) You may NOT use my bases for a base edit contest, or for dollmakers without a prior permission from me.
5) You may NOT link directly to my base images and of course you may NOT take them and offer to your site pages.
