I'd be flattered if you use one of my bases but I must ask you to read and respect the Terms of Service, first.
1. Unless otherwise stated, all bases on this site are copyright to me, Destiny Lauritsen, and are not to be altered in any way except for recoloring, repositioning vertically or horizontally, and adding clothes, faces, and hair. Changing the size or structure of the base without my express permission is forbidden- as is using pieces of a base for the intent of 'frankendolling'. This even includes taking parts from one base in a series to put on another base in the same series- don't do it.
2. If you use one of my bases, you must give me the appropriate credit and link back to the index page of Sabraelle's Garden- this must be on the same page where you display the doll. You may use a text link, a banner link, or even make a link of the doll itself. Information on linking back to my site can be found on the links page.
3. My bases may only be used on non-profit, child-friendly sites and may not be used in graphic collections or 'free doll' sites for the purpose of redistribution. No exceptions. I do, however, allow their use for dolling forum auctions if the method of payment is valuable only on the forum- for example, Firefly Points at Eden Enchanted would be fine but actual money at an online art auction would be prohibited (and punishable by law...).
Please follow these rules; there are only three and they're pretty common to the dolling community. If I find that a rule has been broken I will privately contact the offender and issue a warning. If the problem is not taken care of in a timely manner, I will contact the proper authorities (i.e. your web site provider) and may take legal action if the problem is severe enough. Thank you in advance for following the rules!
Also, if you use one of my bases I'd love to see your finished doll- if you'd like to show it off, you can email me with the image address of your doll. :) Please note that this isn't a requirement, I just enjoy seeing how they turn out! ^_^
