Here are the rules, They are few and fair.
RULE 1: NO DIRECT LINKING!
That means no viewing the source code and using the url I used for the image. Unless there is a copy-n-paste code provided for an image, you must save it to your computer and host it yourself. This saves my bandwidth and keeps the site up. Extra bandwidth cost money, which I don't have much of.
RULE 2: GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!
YOU MUST HAVE A VISABLE LINK (either a text link or one of our link buttons) to this page somewhere on the page you are using the image.
Provided "Copy-n-Paste" codes for adoptables have links built in. Do not alter the code.
RULE 3: DO NOT ALTER THE IMAGES AND/OR CLAIM YOU MADE THEM!
This is art theft. I spend alot of time creating many original things for you guys to use, and art theft doesn't just hurt me, it hurts everyone.
Neopet images are property of Neopets, Inc. I do not claim to have created them, I just added sparkles and animations. Adoptable images use Neopet's characters, but where drawn by me, and so, are MINE!

If you find a site using my images without credit, entered in the Beauty Contest, altered versions or anyone claiming they created any of my images, please Neomail or E-mail me with the page URL, and username so I can contact them about it and take the proper actions. Not just "I saw'd someone with your pics!" That does not help. I REALLY don't want to have a Wall of Shame, but if I find a LOT of people direct linking or stealing images, I will shut this all down for good.
