These are my terms of use. They should be read before you use anything from this site. Thank you! :)
Dolls & Pixels:
1.) All dolls are up for adoption unless otherwise stated. If it says its not up for adoption, or please do not take, well then please, DO NOT TAKE IT. This also goes for dolls that go grey or loose their colour when you mouse over them. They are that way for their protection. Please do not take them.
1-A.) Dolls with special conditons are the project dolls (in the section labeled projects), they are only adoptable if you intend to use them to link back to the projects home site.
2.) Dont steal my dolls and claim them as your own.
3.) You must put a link back to my index (splash) page on the same page as the doll that you have adopted. a text link OR banner link is acceptable, as long as it is linked!
4.) My dolls are not to be used on any sites promoting hate or hate crimes of any type. Same goes for porn sites! Dont use my dolls on em!
5.) Do not use my dolls to make tubes, brushes, nozzles, ect in otherwords they are not to be used as plugins or accessories for any past, current, or future software programs. They are also not to be put into any online palaces!
6.) Do not re-distribute my dolls, if people want them they can come here for them. And DEFINATELY DO NOT distribute them on CD's. Also sites have started popping up lately that take peoples dolls on sell them on mugs and tshirts and such. Dont even THINK about using my dolls or graphics for this purpose.
7.) NO FRANKENDOLLING! For those of you who dont know, frankendolling is taking peices of dolls, editing them or whateva, and then pasting them together to make a new doll. AKA frankenstine. JUST DONT DO IT! I put alot into these dolls, I dont want to see their peices pasted into some horrendous collage.
8.) NO DIRECT LINKING, and that goes for not only dolls, but ANYTHING on this site. Direct linking is theft, and nothing makes me madder than being stolen from.
Bases, Props, & Icon Templates:
1.) You may edit my bases, prop bases and icon templates in pretty much any way you please! Feel free to recolour, repose, make new faces, change pixels, lines, ect ect ect! A base is simply a starting point, and I encourage you to do whatever you want on mine! :)
2.) It is okay to use most of my bases to make adult themed dolls with...My only request is that you not use thefollowing bases for adult dolls, since they are obviously juveniles: playtime, sugar-pie, mom n-me, the baby lemonheads
