Can do:
You can look at everything, read everything and altogether browse everything. You can take stuff from the Neopets and Backgrounds sections ONLY if you link back to me. You are allowed to adopt dollz, ONLY IF you link back to me, if it's not stated otherwise. You are allowed to change the eye and skin colour of my bases, but you still have to credit me as the base maker! All other changes are forbidden.
Can't do:
You MUSN'T adopt dollz that have a DO NOT ADOPT sign under them or on top of the page. You MUSN'T use my drawings, UNLESS you have my permission. NO FRANKENDOLL, PLEASE! I won't tolerate people redoing my dollz and then saying that they made them, it's not polite! DO NOT adopt my dollz or any of the graphics on this page if you have no intention on linking back to me!!!(This means, that if you use the stuff that I allow you to use and link back to me, then I'm ok with it, but if you don't lik back to me then I'm not at all ok with it.)
