Please read this page before taking/adopting/anythinging off my site! Please use your common sense, otherwise my rules would have to be three times as long!
*Rules*
1. Unless otherwise stated, every single pixel on this site was made by me. Do not take, copy, modify, use or frankendoll them unless they are for adoption.
2. To adopt a doll download and upload to your own server (do not direct link) and either: a) link the image to me, b) have a text link next to the image to me or c) have an image link i.e. one of my banners next to the image to me. Link to the address http://www.swirling.co.uk/dollz . Do not modify or use them other than for display. Make it clear that that doll is my work and not yours.
3. If you use one of my bases I expect linking in the same way as adopting (see above) - at the very least put *'s next to the dolls on my bases then a sentence on the same page saying 'dolls with *'s are created on bases by Kim*B*' - remember to link.
4. You can modify bases, please contact me if you are unsure. You can erase my signature from the base when you transform it into your own doll. Please please send me any base edits - I like to display them alongside my own and will mention you!
5. Do not use my artwork to create images for your own site, site layout or site advertising - contact me and if I have time I can do this for you - that way people will know I did the artwork.
6. DO NOT take my code, this is possibly the worst disrespect I can think of. I hand code everything in Notepad and it takes a longtime. I have a web help section with snippets of code for you to use. I do not expect a link but it would be nice!
7. Do not use any of my images on posters or real life advertising - if it is for charity or a very small organisation I will probably give you permission - just contact me by emailing. For example I use one of my dolls as a logo for a University Dance Society.
8. Don't use any of my images to do anything bad. You know what bad is. Don't.
9. If I come across a site that has not respected these rules I will ask you to remove my work, or else link it in the style I have specified. I will not be lenient. You will change your site within 48 hours or I will report you to all the doller community sites I know who deal with this sort of thing.
