Welcome to the Legal Mumbo Jumbo portion of this site. * smiles * Why is this here? You may ask. Well in a world where people are quick to take credit for things they did not create. Where people have a lack of respect for others hard work, I find that some terms are necessary. They are here to protect me from those who think the Internet is a free for all. They also protect you from violating my copyright.
The following Terms are Legally Binding.
Website Content and Images:
All images that make up the site are the sole, exclusive and permanent property of Fairy Dollz/Marni Lauchlan and may not be reproduced by any method. In other words, I made everything for this website. The graphics, layout, concept etc.** You may not take this site in part or whole and use it for your own site.
Dollz
You may use certain dollz on this site to display on your own. A link whether using one of the linking buttons above or a text link must be placed near the doll. The URL to link to be http://www.fairydollz.com this is not negotiable. By using our graphics you are agreeing to link this site in the manner in which I have stated.
You may not alter, resize, or modify any of the dollz with in this site. Adoptions of dollz are AS-IS. If you would like to adopt my dolls you are only allowed to choose FOUR. After all if YOU have all my dolls, why would someone want to visit my site? ;)
The graphics are not to be used for any type of financial gain read: (actual income and or bartered for trade is considered a commercial endeavor). These graphics are for personal use only.
You may not use my bases or graphics to make free web sites to then use those web sites as part of your portfolio in order to gain paying clients.
Images are not to be placed in any online collection or archive; in addition, no images are to be redistributed for financial gain or placed within any compilation CD, software or other reproducible media.
If you would like to use an adoptable doll as a signature you must link Fairy Dollz in your signature.
You may not use my bases, dollz or graphics on any sites that promoting child abuse, hate, bigotry, racism, animal abuse and/or illegal pornographic activities.
Do not direct link to my images. I pay for my site and my bandwidth. When someone direct links I am paying for them to display my graphic. Be warned those whom I find doing this will be prosecuted legally. Don't mess with my money people the results are not pretty.
