Bases
Please read these terms in full before downloading any of my bases...
1. These bases may not be used for commercial purposes or on commercial websites. This means you cannot use anything made from these bases on a website where you sell anything at all. This includes "bartering" or "for donations", this also includes making things that will serve as advertisement for your commercial endeavors. This includes items sold for forum money that are required to be linked back to your commercial website. Not sure, please email me :) dollzATfaeryink.com
2. You may use the bases to create fully clothed dollz to offer as linkware or merely as display on your website, to make as signatures for your emails and your forums or to sell for forum money in forum shops. You may make layouts for yourself ONLY out of anything made from my bases. This means you cannot make layouts for your friends or to offer as linkware out of anything made with my bases.
3. You may change the eyecolor, lip color, and skintone of these bases. Please do not alter the expression or poses without asking me first.
4. You must display a clear credit and link on the same page that the doll made on my base is displayed. A credits page will not suffice!!!!
5. Please do not make pornographic dollz on the Amber, Arielle or AutumnRose bases. These bases are named for my children and sister and it just wierds me out when I see them on websites in bondage gear, kwim? All of the other bases are permitted for you to attire in whatever kinky fashions you desire lol..
6. Please do not use my bases as a lump of clay for 'yours'. I see it too often. Someone takes one of my bases, moves a few pixels around and tada! they have a brand new base line. Thats crap, please don't do it. Same goes for frankendolling my bases
7. If it doesn't say you CAN above, then this term is to let you know you CANNOT! Some cannots include: No distributing the bases as they are; This includes for contests, at forums, because so and so cant get into my site.. etc... No making my bases into dollmakers, no way no how, thanks!
Dollz
1. You may adopt my dollz to display on your website only. This means you cannot adopt them out from your website, you cannot open them in a graphics program, you cannot use them as part of your layouts etc.. You may not use them as signatures at forums or in your email..
2. Where you are displaying my dollz they must be accompanied by a credit and link to www.faeryink.com. A credits page will not suffice!
