Dolls
1. The dolls and graphics on this site are copyright to me unless stated otherwise.
2 Do NOT take my dolls and claim them as your own or enter them in contests.
3. Do NOT edit any of my dolls or graphics unless stated otherwise. Editing includes: re-coloring, resizing, and moving parts.
4. Do NOT "frankendoll" my creations. This means do not use any bits or pieces of my dolls or other creator's dolls to create your own, even if you just trace over them, the end result is still the same. No exceptions!
5. You may adopt my dolls and graphics unless stated otherwise. Please provide a link back to me (on the same page as the doll).
6. Do NOT Direct Link (aka...use the URL properties or address to upload it to your page). Please SAVE graphics you wish to use to your hard drive and upload them to your OWN SERVER. I will not tolerate direct linking . I pay for my webspace and direct linking steals from the amount of web space I am allowed to use.
6. Dolls that are not up for adoption generally include (but are not limited to): gifts, adoptions from other sites, contest entries, and custom made signatures.
7. You may use my ADOPTABLE dolls as signatures, as long as you do not remove my copyright symbol (lowercase "qp"). Also, I ask that you provide credit and a LINK back to me.
Base Bodies
1. You may use my bases for your personal use, but please provide a link back to me on your site. The link does not have to be on the same page, but please make a reference to your use of my base.
2. You may alter my bases slightly (adding your own faces, rotating body part, making elf ears, reshading skintones) unless stated otherwise, but please give me credit and a link back.
3. If you alter my bases (in a major way like creating your own poses), please send me a copy of the alteration and ask for permission. If I approve it, I may just post it on my site and give you partial credit.
4. You may interchange body parts on my bases with the same name only.
5. Do NOT use parts of my bases to create your own. This is "frankendolling."
6. Do NOT use my bases in a base edit contest, unless permission is requested.
7. You may use my bases in a tutorial as long as you provide a link to me in the tutorial itself.
