Terms of Use and Rules
1. You may NOT take my dolls and claim them as your own, however you can adopt them and provide a link on the same page. These ARE copyrighted and protected by LAW. I put ALOT of hard work into them and I will not tolorate misuse of my artwork.
2. If you use my bases a link is REQUIRED on your site and well as giving me credit for the base. It does not nessessarily have to be RIGHT next to the doll, but it must a link and credit bust be provided SOMEWHERE on your site.
3. You may not redistribute my bases, for any reason at all, unless you get permission from me (and I will only provide permission if you are planning on having a contest with one of my bases).
4. You may not enter any of my dolls in any contest and call them your own. Period. If you think one of my dolls should be in a certain contest then notify me.
5. You may not copy or cut up my dolls and use them, this is called frankendolling, if you use my doll as a study tool, than please put a note up next to the doll noting that it was practice and the origonal doll is not yours. I do not mind if you use my dolls as a study tool as long as you give credit RIGHT NEXT TO the doll.
6. do not adopt the gifts, awards, or the dolls that are marked "do not adopt", if you do this i will only warn you three times before I report you for theft to your host/server, I do not take theft lightly. these are for specific people, and not for your own personal leisure. This goes for all of the dolls on the adoptions page. If you want them, go to the dollmakers site and adopt it there. You MAY see something you like more there.
7. Do NOT email me about topics that have been posted about repeatedly. I will only IGNORE your email.
8. If you sign the guestbook, please do not be ignorant, and I ask that you fill in ALL of the spaces. This isn't that hard to do, some of you tend to leave your name and url and thats it like you want other ppl to see your url only and sign for publicity, and not out of kindness. I will make entries in my guestbook PRIVATE as so that nobody can see your publicity add.
9. Know that all of the material on this site is copyrighted, theft, or tampering with my artwork would be a copyright violation, and is prosciutable under federal law. Enjoy the site but I ask only to be respectful, and give credit where it is due!
10. DO NOT claim my graphics and blinkies as your own, and DO NOT post the ICONS on your site. If you adopt a blinkie, LINK IT TO MY SITE! If you fail to follow the terms of use i will only warn you three times before I report you for theft to your server and your site WILL be shut down.
